EXTREME WEATHER CAPTURED AT ITS BEST

ELECTRIC lightning brightening up the sky, these extreme weather shots capture the ferocity of a storm in all its glory. Whilst most might run for cover as thunder and lighting strikes, Franz Schumacher braved the elements and captured the dark side of Mother Nature at its very best. He has pictured a range of extreme storms in Strohgaeu, Germany which are more reminiscent of something you'd see in a movie. The graphic designer has a passion for landscape and whether photography and took to the great outdoors to snap the stunning shots. Franz, 52, from , Ditzingen near Stuttgart, Germany said: 'I want the viewer to share my fascination for the forces of nature and the situations that I experience outdoors in this type of weather.
